Step 1: The existing ingredients in the refrigerator, such as meat, fungi or vegetables, bean products, etc., can be taken out and baked, and any favorite ingredients can be prepared at will. There are only chicken wings in my refrigerator. Draw a flower knife on the chicken wings, and put bacon on it and mix well. Set aside and marinate for a while.
Step 2: You can choose mushrooms, such as Lentinus edodes, Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii. Lentinus edodes can be cut with a flower knife, Flammulina velutipes can be torn by hand or rolled up with bean skin. If there is Pleurotus eryngii, it can be cut into pieces or strips.
Step 3: Slice potatoes and carrots, slice peppers and slice tofu for later use.
Step 4: spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush the tin foil with oil to prevent sticking. Oven barbecue can use tin foil or oil paper, both of which are non-stick and resistant to high temperature.
Step 5: Spread all the prepared ingredients into the baking tray, and then prepare the secret sauce.
Step 6: Add 1 tablespoon Chili powder, 1 tablespoon Chili slices, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, appropriate amount of spiced powder, appropriate amount of pepper powder, 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon minced garlic into the bowl, then pour some hot oil on it and stir.
Step 7: Brush the prepared sauce evenly on the ingredients in the baking tray. If you think the sauce is too dry, you can add less cold water and stir. The sauce will not agglomerate when brushed on the ingredients, but will stick to the ingredients evenly, and the consistency is just right.
Step 8: Brush the sauce and put it in the oven. The oven is heated up and down to 200℃, which can be preheated 5 minutes in advance. Put the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes, then take it out and brush the sauce, and then bake it in the oven for 5 minutes.
