What is the difference between a second-level health manager and a third-level health manager? First, the registration conditions are different:
1, level 3: (with one of them)
(1) College degree or above in medicine and health;
(2) Having a college degree or above in non-medical and health major, having been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years continuously, having reached the required standard hours through the three-level formal training of health administrators, and having obtained a certificate of completion;
(3) Have a medical and health technical secondary school education or above, have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years continuously, have reached the required standard hours after the three-level formal training of health administrators, and have obtained a certificate of completion.
2. Level 2: (and one of them)
(1) After obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager, he has been engaged in this occupation for about 5 years.
(2) After obtaining the third-level professional qualification certificate of health manager, he has been engaged in this profession for about 4 years, and has been trained by the second-level reliable health manager with standardized hours, and obtained the certificate of completion.
(3) Have a bachelor's degree in medicine and health, and have been engaged in this major for about 4 years after obtaining the third-class professional qualification certificate of health manager.
(4) Have a bachelor's degree in medical and health universities, obtain a three-level professional qualification certificate for health administrators, work continuously in this major for about three years, meet the requirements of standardized hours after the two-level reliable training for health administrators, and obtain a certificate of completion.
(5) After obtaining the primary and left and right professional technical qualifications of medical and health technology specialty, standardize the class hours according to the requirements of the secondary reliable training teachers of health management, and obtain the certificate of completion.
(6) have a postgraduate degree in medical and health technology and obtain a diploma, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for about 2 years.
Second, certificates are obtained in different ways:
1, level 3: obtained by taking the national examination. There are two subjects in the exam: theoretical knowledge and professional skills. Only after passing the two subjects once can the results be considered qualified, and those who pass the examination can obtain the certificate of three-level health manager.
2. Level II: The assessment and scoring method for health managers in Level II is theoretical knowledge+professional ability+comprehensive evaluation. Candidates who pass the theoretical knowledge and professional ability examination can apply for comprehensive evaluation. Comprehensive evaluation takes the form of writing reports (individual health management reports and group health management reports) and oral defense; Comprehensive evaluation score = report content score ×40%+ report defense score ×60%, (report content score = individual health management report content score ×40%+ group health management report content score ×60%). At present, the second level of health manager has not yet started the examination.
