1. aluminum-plastic composite pipe
The loss of aluminum-plastic composite pipe is small, the coil is easy to transport, can be cut at will, is easy to install and is convenient to construct. But the accessories are pure copper and expensive. The inner diameter of copper is smaller than that of aluminum-plastic composite pipe, and the caliber flow is small, so it is easy to leak water if it is not installed well. Pipelines are easily damaged by other professional construction processes, and spare parts are wasted during maintenance, resulting in high cost. Aluminum-plastic pipes are made of high-density polyethylene sandwiched with aluminum, and the melting point of polyethylene is 140℃, which has good long-term high temperature resistance. As long as it is installed correctly, the matching pipe fittings with clamping nuts and steel sleeves have high reliability.
2.PP-R tube
PP-R pipe is regarded as a green and reliable pipe by building water supply and drainage circles. The pipe fittings of PP-R pipe are also made of PP-R material, which is lower than that of aluminum-plastic composite pipe. The pipe fittings are installed outside the pipe and do not reduce the flow. However, PP-R pipe should not be hung for a long distance, and a fixed bracket should be set every 50cm or so, otherwise it is easy to sag and bend. In addition to pure PP-R pipes, there are now PP-R aluminum-plastic pipes. The pipe fittings of this kind of pipe are the same as PP-R pipe, but the performance is equivalent to that of aluminum-plastic pipe. Compared with aluminum-plastic composite pipe, it has lower cost, better anti-aging and strength performance, and long-distance suspension does not sag or bend.
It is understood that both imported and domestic PP-R pipes have shortcomings such as poor high temperature resistance and large linear expansion coefficient due to the molecular characteristics of polypropylene itself. Therefore, the Ministry of Construction [20065438+0] No.54 document clearly stipulates that the long-term working temperature of PP-R pipe cannot exceed 70℃; However, the hot-melt connection process is complex, and it is easy to produce accumulated defect areas during push connection, which leads to stress concentration and affects the long-term performance of the pipeline. Therefore, when purchasing, don't easily entrust water conservancy engineers or some unqualified decoration companies. Pay attention to the actual origin, trademark and after-sales service guarantee of the product when purchasing.
3.PVC-U pipe
The connection mode of PVC-U pipe is gluing, which is easy to fall off and open when heated. It is only applicable to underground pipelines or buried pipelines. If it is used for large-diameter high-pressure exposed pipes, special supports must be designed, especially at the corners, where water impact will cause great damage. It is not recommended to use PVC-U pipe for home decoration water pipes, but the threading pipe is generally flame-retardant PVC plastic flat guide (PVC threading pipe).
4. Copper tube
The sanitary performance of copper tube is superior, but the cost is high. Copper pipes are connected by welding (there are two kinds of fittings: tin and Wuxi) and clamping (there are two kinds of fittings, one is clamping, the other is back biting and rubber ring sealing). At present, galvanized pipes are rarely used for cold water pipes in newly-built residential areas, and galvanized pipes are used for hot water pipes in some residential areas.
