Meng Wanzhou, female, Han nationality, 1972, born in Chengdu, Sichuan. She is the daughter of China Hongkong permanent resident Ren. He graduated from the accounting department of Shenzhen University and obtained a master's degree in management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (now Huazhong University of Science and Technology). He joined Huawei from 65438 to 0993 and held several senior positions in the company's financial department.
Including the president of sales financing and fund management department, the president of accounting management department, the financial director of Huawei Hong Kong Company and the director of international accounting department. He is currently the vice chairman, rotating chairman and CFO of Huawei. Mainly responsible for Huawei's financial operation and management, including financial strategy, risk management, financing planning, tax compliance and other businesses.

On March 30th, 2022, Meng Wanzhou, CFO of Huawei, who was newly appointed as the rotating chairman of Huawei, attended the inaugural meeting of the second batch of Huawei Legions and awarded the flag to the Sports Health Legion. On April 1 day, 2022, Meng Wanzhou officially became the rotating chairman of Huawei. On February 7, 2023, Meng Wanzhou attended the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between China National Building Materials Group and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.
