Braised hairtail seasoning: one hairtail, four or five onions, one whole white garlic, four or five slices of ginger, one and a half spoons of soy sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of vinegar, a proper amount of cooking wine and a small spoon of oil consumption.
Cooking process: 1. Wash hairtail, cut into sections, add onion and garlic cooking wine, stir and marinate for 20 minutes. 2. Add a spoonful of half-century soy sauce, a teaspoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of vinegar and a teaspoon of cooking wine to the bowl, and stir evenly to consume oil. 3. After salting, wrap hairtail with a layer of wheat flour. 4. Add oil to the pan and fry hairtail until golden brown on both sides. 5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and add the chopped green onion and garlic to stir fry.
Cooking tip: 1, the fat content of hairtail is higher than that of common fish species, and unsaturated fat is more common. This oleic acid has a long carbon chain and can lower cholesterol. 2. The scales and silver vegetable oil layers of hairtail also contain 6- thioguanine, an anticancer component; 3, often taking hairtail, has the effect of nourishing the five internal organs; 4.
