When activated:

(3)/kloc-mental patients over 0/6 years old (inclusive), mentally retarded persons whose intellectual status is seriously inconsistent with their actual age, etc. The village committee signs the guardianship certificate, and the guardian brings his/her ID card, ward ID card, medical certificate and guardianship certificate issued by the brigade to the bank or bank office to activate the health card.
(4)/kloc-those who are over 0/6 years old and lose consciousness due to illness need to contact the bank, and the bank will make a door-to-door visit, fill in the visit confirmation letter, which will be signed by all legal first heirs (including spouse, children and parents), and all legal first heirs will go to the post office on the spot to handle it. /kloc-For those who are over 0/6 years of age (inclusive) but stay awake due to illness or advanced age, two people from the bank will come to visit, and the account holder will fill in the visit confirmation letter, sign and seal it, and appoint an agent. Designate the agent to bring the ID card and health certificate of himself and the account owner to the site for handling.
After the health card is activated, modify the health password in the self-service machine (the health password is the password entered when registering for payment in the hospital). In order to protect personal account information and property security, it is necessary to modify the new password, which can be the same as the financial password.
After the health card is activated, you can immediately save money, register, see a doctor and reimburse in real time.
