How to maintain the mental health of the elderly

Mental health refers to good self-awareness. Its core is self-knowledge and self-love. Self-knowledge means knowing your true level and "doing what you can". Self-love means loving, protecting and valuing yourself. Be able to do:

(2) Expand the field of life, get in touch with people and things, accumulate experience and show your quality and talent.

(3) take your merits and demerits seriously.

(5) Maintain good self-social function and freely adapt to society.

(6) Maintain good interpersonal relationships. Sincere encouragement and praise, not flattery; Respect the personality of others and don't impose opinions on others.

(7) Realize the ideal through labor. Labor eliminates unnecessary worries, gets rid of self-concern and leads a rich and fulfilling life.
