The health code is based on the actual real data, which can be generated by citizens or people who have returned to work on their own online declaration and background audit. The introduction of the health code aims to make the work of returning to work more accurate, scientific and orderly.
How to apply for Anhui health code
Application steps of "Ankang Code":
1. Download the know-it-all APP.
Click "My" in the lower right corner, and click "Login/Register" for real-name authentication and registration. Those who have registered can log in directly. Registered users who have forgotten their passwords can click "Forgot Password" to retrieve their passwords.
Step 2 find the menu
Open the App, select "Hefei" in the upper left corner of the main page, and then click the "Ankang Code (Hefei)" menu.
3. Confirmation of complete information
Entering the "Ankang Code (Hefei)" application page will automatically bring in the information collected by the health registration of returning fat workers or the health information registration of residents. The applicant checks and improves the information declared in the previous period, and then clicks "Submit" to apply for generating "Ankang Code (Hefei)" (divided into three colors: green code, yellow code and red code).
What should I do if Anhui health code turns yellow?
1, red team personnel
Please stay where you are, put on a mask, report to the community and accept isolation and transshipment. After the isolation is lifted, transcoding can be carried out on the spot at the isolation point, or complaints about transcoding can be made through red team page prompts, uploading negative reports of nucleic acid detection and other supporting materials.
2, yellow code personnel
Please wear a mask, reduce going out, take the initiative to report to the community, accept isolation measures such as home monitoring, and conduct nucleic acid testing nearby, and upload proof materials such as negative reports of nucleic acid testing through yellow code pages to make transcoding complaints.
Transcoding appeal operation:
(1) Persons with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections after discharge 15-28 days of health follow-up. Upload the recent negative report of 1 nucleic acid test through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code bright code interface and apply for transcoding.
(2) Close contacts of confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons were released from centralized isolation and transferred to home health monitoring for 7 days. Upload the negative report of nucleic acid test on the 2nd and 7th day through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code interface and apply for transcoding.
(3) General contacts of confirmed cases/asymptomatic infected persons. Through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code plain code interface, the negative report of nucleic acid test was uploaded three times within 7 days (days 1, 4 and 7) to apply for transcoding.
(4) The space-time companion of the confirmed case/asymptomatic infected person. Through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code interface, upload two negative reports of nucleic acid test within 3 days (24 hours apart) and apply for transcoding.
(5) The internal personnel of the Division shall manage according to the control area. Upload the latest 1 negative report of nucleic acid detection through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code bright code interface and apply for transcoding.
(6) Close contacts of direct contacts of positive imported cold chain or non-cold chain items. Upload 1 negative report of nucleic acid test and apply for transcoding through the "I want to appeal" function of Ankang code bright code interface.
(7) Overseas visitors (returnees) who have been released from 14+7 centralized isolation and are implementing 7-day home health monitoring. After removing the family health monitoring, upload the negative report of nucleic acid test on the 2nd and 7th day through the "I want to complain" function of Ankang code interface to apply for transcoding.
(8) Big data push information is verified to belong to relevant key personnel who need to be coded. Upload 1 negative report of nucleic acid test and apply for transcoding through the "I want to appeal" function of Ankang code bright code interface.
(9) Persons with respiratory symptoms such as fever and dry cough, and COVID-19 infection has not been excluded. Upload outpatient medical records through the "I want to appeal" function of Ankang code interface, and apply for transcoding the negative report of nucleic acid test on the day of treatment.
(10) Other persons who need to be assigned yellow codes as stipulated by emergency headquarters for national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control. Upload 1 negative report of nucleic acid test to apply for transcoding through the "I want to appeal" function of Ankang code clear interface.
