In order to standardize and guide the healthy development of internet plus's nursing service, and further ensure the quality and safety of medical care, this trial method is formulated according to the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions, the Regulations on Nurses and other documents, the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Internet+Medical Health, the Administrative Measures for Internet Diagnosis and Treatment (Trial) and the Administrative Measures for Internet Hospitals (Trial).
4. 1 I. General requirements (1) Guiding ideology. After a year's trial, under the background of "Internet+medical health", the management system, service model, service standard and operation mechanism of "internet plus Nursing Service" suitable for China's national conditions were explored. Give full play to the demonstration role of the pilot areas, form replicable and beneficial experiences, and gradually promote, standardize and guide the healthy development of "internet plus" nursing service. The supply of nursing services has been further expanded, and the people's sense of acquisition has been significantly enhanced.
4.2 Second, the basic principles (a) to carry out according to law, standardize services. The pilot medical institutions shall clarify the responsible departments and personnel, improve the relevant management systems, service standards and emergency plans, and ensure the effective and orderly development of the pilot work.
