3, the department should organize the annual declaration of new technology in a planned way, and the declared new technology must conform to the diagnosis and treatment subjects registered in the Practice License of Medical Institutions.
4. For the clinical and medical departments that planned to carry out new technologies and new projects in that year, the Application Form for Access to New Technologies and New Projects shall be submitted after discussion by the departments.
5, involving multi-disciplinary cooperation in the development of new technologies and new projects, there is a lead department, the lead department is responsible for organizing the completion of new technologies and new projects access declaration form; If there is no lead department, the medical department will organize discussion and coordination to determine the lead department.
