What plate has the highest environmental protection rating?

The types of plates are: density board, large core board, particleboard, melamine board, gypsum board, plywood and decorative board. The environmental protection grade of the board is divided into E0, E 1 and E2.

Density board

Dense density board (MDF), also called fiberboard, is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber and urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives. It is divided into high density board, medium density board and low density board.

Environmental protection grade: E0, E 1, E2.

Large core plate

Known in the industry as joinery board, it is made of two veneers bonded and spliced in the middle. The price of large core board is cheaper than that of thin core board, and its flexural and compressive strength is poor, but its transverse flexural and compressive strength is high.

Environmental protection grade: E0 and E 1.

cardboard

Particleboard is a thin board made of sawdust as the main raw material, adding glue and additives, which can be divided into two categories: extruded particleboard and flat particleboard.

Environmental protection grade: E 1, E2.

Melamine paperboard

It is a melamine impregnated adhesive paper veneer artificial board. It is a decorative board made by soaking papers with different colors or textures in melamine resin glue, then drying to a certain curing degree, spreading them on the surface of particleboard, medium density fiberboard or hard fiberboard and pressing them.

Environmental protection grade: E 1, E2.

Plasterboard

Gypsum board is made of gypsum as the main raw material, adding additives and fibers. It has the functions of heat insulation and sound absorption, and it is light and nonflammable. Gypsum board and light steel keel are combined to form gypsum board ceiling material. There are also paper gypsum boards and hollow gypsum boards. Gypsum board is used as partition and ceiling is used more.

Environmental protection grade: E0, E 1, E2.

pasteboard

Thin core board, commonly known in the industry, is formed by hot pressing three or more layers of veneer or sheet with a thickness of1mm. It is the most commonly used material in handmade furniture at present.

Environmental protection grade: E0 and E 1.

Art cover

Decorative board is a kind of decorative board with one-sided decoration function, which is made by cutting solid wood board into thin veneer with a thickness of about 0.2 mm and using plywood as the base material through adhesive bonding process.

Environmental protection grade: E 1, E2.
