3. Accept public opinions and suggestions on public health work;
4. Providing consulting services on public health laws, regulations, principles and policies, disease prevention and control and medical care in China;
5. The cities that have been opened have established a relatively perfect linkage mechanism, and citizens' reports, complaints and suggestions can be quickly transferred to the corresponding processing departments, and the progress or results can be fed back in time to reply to the citizens within the specified time.
