Ways to keep healthy

Health has become a very important part of our life, and there are many ways to keep healthy.

First of all, you can eat more fruits and vegetables, and you'd better drink more warm water. Next, you must do a lot of exercise. Sleep at least 8 hours every night. Remember, don't drink coffee or tea before going to bed, don't eat too much sugar, and don't work or study too late, which will make you too tired.
