Practice method
Take a sitting posture, sit flat (like sitting in a chair) or single board or double board, depending on your own conditions. The posture should be correct, and the comfort should prevail. Don't force or constrain. Your eyes should be closed gently, and you should naturally give up all thoughts. Keep your whole body relaxed and natural, and sit still for about a quarter of an hour.
Sit with your eyes open, put your right foot on your left knee, gently cover the upper part of your right ankle with your right hand, and then pat the Yongquan point in the center of your right foot with the palm of your left hand (for a lady, hit your left foot with your right hand first). Clap your hands with the idea of "hitting hard", but the strength should be even, light and heavy, similar to that of ordinary clapping, and the number of clapping times should be counted silently. Hard-hitting part: Yongquan point 1/3 before hitting Laogong point in the palm of your hand. According to the prescribed number of slaps, slap one side and slap the other side the same number of times according to law.
After the bilateral tapping operation, close your eyes, relax all over, and sit still for about 15 minutes according to the requirements of the beginning of the exercise.
Beat number
On the first day of practice, both sides play 100 times; The next day, both sides hit 200 times; On the third day, 300 hits were made on each side.
Daily medical staff should slap 300 times on each side (more slaps are also good), and the infirm can gradually increase the number of slaps according to their own endurance.
In any case, the beat per minute on each side shall not exceed 900 at most.
Practice time
Daily health care practitioners should practice once a night, or once in the morning and evening, and it will be better to practice more if you have time. Those who specialize in practicing martial arts and treating diseases should practice about six times a night, and those who are old and weak should patrol gradually, so as not to feel tired.
principle of operation
Kidney is the "innate foundation" of human beings, and a healthy body depends on sufficient kidney qi to maintain it. Foot heart is the initial segment of kidney meridian, which can be described as the "root" of "Ben". Yongquan point is located at the important point (well point) of the meridian of foot, heart and kidney, and it is the hub to communicate the whole human body with the atmosphere.
In the process of adjustment and communication of meridians and acupoints, Lao Gong's consciousness of beating the heart (slapping the heart) and "beating hard" makes the heart and kidney intersect, making fire and water ji ji. Fire is not inflamed, qi is self-clearing, water is impermeable, and essence is self-solid.
The number of slaps is the meaning of "life" in Laozi. "The Tao gives birth to one, two, three and everything."
