Occupational health examination includes preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative and emergency health examination, as well as medical follow-up after leaving the post.
The occupational health examination cycle shall be implemented in accordance with the Technical Specification for Occupational Health Surveillance formulated by the Ministry of Health.
Article 21 The employing unit shall regard the arrangement of workers for occupational health examination as normal attendance, and bear the expenses for occupational health examination, medical observation and medical follow-up.
Laborers shall participate in the occupational health examination organized by the employing unit.
Article 22 When an occupational health examination institution conducts a health examination, the employer shall provide the following information:
(a) the basic situation of the unit;
(2) Information on the types, distribution, number of contacts, monitoring concentration or intensity of occupational hazards in the workplace;
(3) Basic information on production technologies, processes, raw and auxiliary materials, product names and other factors that cause occupational hazards;
(4) Occupational hazard protection facilities, emergency rescue plans and other related materials.
Article 23 The employing unit shall promptly and truthfully inform the workers themselves of the inspection results, and keep personal privacy for the workers. If the occupational health examination institution finds health damage or needs to be reexamined, it shall promptly notify the employing unit and the laborer himself.
Laborers have the right to ask the occupational health examination institutions or employers to provide inspection results, which should be provided free of charge.
Twenty-fourth workers who have occupational taboos or physical health conditions that are not suitable for their original jobs shall be transferred and properly placed by the employer in time; If reexamination or medical observation is needed, reexamination and medical observation shall be arranged according to the requirements of the occupational health examination institution.
Article 25 The employing unit shall establish and improve the occupational health files and occupational health monitoring files of workers. The occupational health monitoring file should be 1 person 1 file.
Article 26 The employing unit shall ensure that all types of workers engaged in operations with occupational hazards enjoy the same treatment for prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.
