Which is better, Lu Hua chicken or native chicken?

The former is better.

1. Meat flavor: Lu Hua chicken is a local special variety, with compact meat, fine muscle fibers and even fat distribution. It tastes delicious and chewy after cooking. Native chicken, especially free-range native chicken, has a large amount of exercise, developed muscles, stronger meat quality, mellow taste and relatively higher nutritional value.

2. Nutritional value: Both of them have high nutritional value and are rich in protein and various amino acids. Generally speaking, however, free-range chickens have lower fat content, more unsaturated fatty acids and less cholesterol, and their nutritional value may be slightly higher than that of caged Lu Hua chickens or other large-scale breeders.

3. Market Positioning: Lu Hua Chicken is more of a local poultry breed, and some consumers prefer its unique taste and cultural symbolism. Native chicken is often regarded as a healthier and more original ecological choice because of its free-range and green ecology.
