Research and Development Background of Urban and Rural Residents' Health Records Management System

The effective establishment and standardized management of rural residents' health records is an important part of deepening the reform of medical and health system, and a basic work to promote the equalization of basic public health services, which is of great significance to improve the fairness of health services and transform the health service model in rural pastoral areas. Establishing rural residents' (electronic) health records, promoting the construction of national health record information platform and speeding up the electronic information management of urban and rural residents' health records are the top priorities in implementing national basic public health service projects. This product was independently developed by our company. At present, the domestic application areas of this product involve Anhui (currently covering 54 counties/districts in the whole province 16 cities), Qinghai Province (prefecture-level city: 8 counties/cities/committees under the jurisdiction of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture), Henan Province (prefecture-level city: shenqiu county and Xiangcheng pilot cities in Zhoukou City), Hebei Province and Shanxi Province.
