China has established a relatively complete vaccine supervision system, a relatively complete legal system and a vaccine quality standard system, which have been implemented in good production practices and are in line with the international advanced level. The Law on Vaccine Management regulates and supervises the whole process and all-round aspects of vaccine management from the perspectives of vaccine development and registration, production and batch issuance, circulation and vaccination, supervision and guarantee, and legal responsibility. Vaccine production enterprises are the first responsible persons for quality and safety. They must fully implement the main responsibilities according to law, strictly implement the good manufacturing practice, and organize production in strict accordance with the production technology and standards approved by the state. For the first time, a comprehensive and systematic inspection was organized for four companies that were qualified for listing. Enterprises are strictly required to perform various index tests in accordance with legal obligations and assume the responsibility of listing and release, and collect and analyze abnormal reactions in the vaccination process in time to ensure the safety and quality control of the whole chain. Vaccine production enterprises, circulation enterprises, disease control institutions at all levels and vaccination units must strictly abide by the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Vaccine Management Law" and other laws and regulations to ensure vaccine quality, ensure vaccine safety, standardize operating procedures and protect public health.
