Nine keys to life

The first key: breathing.

The second key: body building, yoga and other sports.

The body has seven so-called energy centers: the bottom chakra at the base of the spine (the palm is dull, lifeless or interested in life, with energy), the sex chakra behind the organs (the sexual ability and creativity of the palm), the umbilical chakra (jealousy, loss or generosity and joy of the palm), the heart chakra (love, fear and hate of the palm), the throat chakra (sadness and gratitude of the palm), and the eyebrows between the eyes.

The eighth key: positive thinking

Positive thinking refers to a soft, flexible and inclusive way of thinking. It is very important to keep mindfulness at all times. You should always be aware of whether your thoughts are positive or whether you have been criticizing others or yourself.

The ninth key: Make up your mind to love.

Making up your mind is a turning point. Even though you may not be able to do it now, you must first make up your mind to forgive your determination, learn to love yourself, make up your mind to see the truth and make up your mind to cure yourself. Then all the wishes of universal love will naturally come.

All the advice and suggestions given to others are actually for yourself. There is no one outside except ourselves. We're really just looking in the mirror. Keep looking inward and you will see that wisdom is very simple and complete about loving life.
