What does the monster in Beihai, Guangxi mean?

The "strange" in Beihai is actually the name of illegal pyramid selling in the earth modeling exhibition hall of Beibu Gulf Plaza. There is an underground exhibition hall with a hemispherical roof, which used to be used for art exhibitions. Because of disrepair, the outside turned black. Illegal pyramid schemes say that this is a metaphor. They are taking the blame for pyramid schemes for the country, saying that the country is cracking down on illegal pyramid schemes on the surface, but in fact it is secretly supporting pyramid schemes. These are all lies. Don't be deceived
