The difference between a healthy manager and a healthy body manager.

The differences are as follows:

1, the health manager's duty is to assist individuals or groups to carry out comprehensive health management, including health assessment, making health plans, providing health consultation and education, while the health manager is aimed at health management of body shape, mainly responsible for assisting individuals or groups to carry out body management, health assessment and sports training.

2. Health managers need to master a wide range of health knowledge and skills, including disease prevention, health promotion and mental health, while healthy body managers need to master more knowledge and skills of body management and exercise training, including body shape evaluation and exercise prescription formulation.
