According to the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Education, combined with the actual enrollment situation of our school, these Articles of Association are formulated.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of general specialties (including counterpart education) of Shangqiu Medical College.
Article 2 The principle of fairness, impartiality and openness shall be applied in the enrollment of Shangqiu Medical College, and comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission shall be implemented.
Article 3 The enrollment work of Shangqiu Medical College shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, news media and all sectors of society.

Article 13 In order to ensure the scientific and rational distribution of enrollment plans of various majors and highlight the characteristics of running a school based on its own advantages, the school comprehensively considers the development situation of higher education and majors, as well as the demand of social development for professional talents, and seeks suggestions from colleges and relevant functional offices on the distribution of enrollment plans of various majors. The enrollment plan of each major in the current year was determined after the consent of the school party Committee and reported to the Henan Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education for approval.
Article 14 The enrollment plans of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) shall be subject to the examination and announcement by the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Chapter VI Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Aid for Poor Students

School scholarship: the school set up scholarships to reward students with excellent academic performance. The amount of awards for each academic year is 1.800 yuan, 1.200 yuan and 800 yuan respectively.
Article 23 Work-study program and financial aid for poor students: The school establishes, improves and perfects the financial aid system for poor students with the national student loan as the main body, and rewards, loans reduction and subsidies simultaneously.
Twenty-fourth students who have completed their studies and passed the examination shall be awarded the graduation certificate of Shangqiu Medical College.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 Our school has not entrusted any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students. We will investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment activities in the name of our school. Our school is not responsible for the adverse consequences caused by candidates and parents' credulity to illegal enrollment propaganda.
Article 26 The Articles of Association shall be based on national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of higher authorities. If the Articles of Association is inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national and superior policies shall prevail. The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the School Admissions and Employment Guidance Office.
