Chizhou City, Anhui Province, established the Municipal Education Bureau according to the Notice of the General Office of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the General Office of Anhui Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Institutional Reform Plan of Chizhou Municipal People's Government (No.57 [2009] of the Office) and the Notice of Chizhou Municipal Organizational Establishment Committee on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Opinions of the Institutional Reform Plan of Chizhou Municipal People's Government (No.45 [2009] of Chibian).
