Healthy eating measures-
1. Eat regularly and quantitatively to avoid overeating.

10. Increase the content of essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid in the diet. Vegetable oil is the main source of essential fatty acids for human beings. Because essential fatty acids can be quickly converted into prostaglandin E in gastric mucosa, the defense function of gastric mucosa is enhanced. Therefore, it is necessary to advocate eating vegetable oil and eating less or no animal fat.
