1, the company does not need to submit the health certificate of the legal person when handling the food business license, but needs to submit the health certificates of the person in charge and the food safety management personnel. According to relevant laws and regulations, the materials submitted for applying for food circulation license shall be true, lawful and effective, and comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. The applicant shall be responsible for the legality, authenticity and validity of the submitted materials.
2. People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law Article 35 The State implements a licensing system for food production and operation. Engaged in food production, food sales, catering services, shall obtain a license according to law.
