It is an important task of kindergarten education and conservation to maintain children's good appetite and form corresponding dietary hygiene habits and rules, which is of great significance to the healthy growth of children. At a parent-teacher meeting in our class, many parents asked, "How is my child eating?" "What to eat today?" "Did Yang Yin finish all the dishes today?" ..... such a problem is the most concerned thing for parents. Children are in a period of vigorous growth and development. A balanced diet and reasonable nutrition are the basic material conditions to ensure the healthy growth of children. But at present, many parents pay attention to intellectual development in education and eat well, but ignore the cultivation of behavior habits. Many children form bad eating habits such as picky eaters, partial eclipse and playing while eating. Over time, it has caused the imbalance of children's physical nutrition, triggered various malnutrition symptoms, and affected the healthy growth of children.
The 32 children in my class are basically only children, with poor independence and strong dependence. Most of them are fed by adults at home, and what's more, they are chased and coaxed, even beaten and scolded, not to mention the cultivation of good habits. When children enter the kindergarten, due to the changes in living habits, tastes and environment, several adults in the family turn to the collective life of the kindergarten, and various dining problems have also appeared. In the investigation and observation at the beginning of school, except He Xiaohai, Tang Zehong and Zhou Jialin who can eat independently, the rest all need the teacher to feed them more or less. Some children are helpless in the face of food and just wait. Most children simply don't know the routine of keeping "four clean-ups" during meals and finishing after meals. There are also picky eaters. However, the plasticity of children's eating habits is strong, so consciously cultivate good eating habits, correct bad eating habits in time, and let children develop conscious good eating habits from an early age.
First, let children get used to washing their hands before meals by playing games.
Hands have the most contact with external objects and are most vulnerable to pollution. Especially children, because they are more active, it is easier to attach viruses and germs from unclean things to their hands. If they don't wash their hands before meals, they will eat bacteria on their hands and get sick. Therefore, hand washing is very important for keeping skin clean and developing good eating habits. I sorted out the methods of hand washing according to the goal in the field of living and hygiene habits, so that children can know the order of hand washing (sleeve pulling, wetting, soaping, palm, back of hand, wrist, washing with water, splashing water on hands). At the beginning of school, the child's sleeves got wet by carelessness. I took this opportunity to show the children-pull up their sleeves and teach them to say, "Rub your hands when washing your hands." In this way, children regard hand washing as a game, so that children can develop the good habit of washing their hands before eating.
The second is to carry out colorful activities to understand the importance and law of eating.
Children in small classes are poor in understanding and timid. If they preach blindly, it will easily lead to children losing interest in learning, and some children will deliberately violate it. Therefore, I adopted a combination of stories, games and sermons to let children know the importance of eating and some simple ways to eat. If you use the story of "cock and leaky mouth" to let children know how to look around when eating, and they are not focused, it will cause the desktop, ground and body to be unclean. The story of "birds eat" makes children vividly understand that if they don't eat, they will have no strength and can't fly. Singing is lighter than mosquitoes. How embarrassing. Another example is the situational performance "I will eat by myself", which allows children to have some simple common sense of eating. The body is close to the table, the bowl is held in the left hand, and the spoon is held in the right hand. With the spoon, the rice is put into the mouth close to the rice bowl, and the use of the spoon and the placement of tableware are known, so that they can eat their own rice at a certain time every day.
In the process of eating, I often play a soft and quiet music to my children to make them eat happily. And stick a five-pointed star or a small red flower on the children or groups that keep four cleannesses (desktop, floor, body and fast food basin clean) when eating, so that the children's enthusiasm is high and the phenomenon of eating disorder and losing rice is obviously improved.
Third, correct children's partial eclipse and leftovers.
At present, the living conditions are generally superior, and parents are generous with their children's meals, but the phenomenon of children's partial eclipse is very common, and some parents are helpless and can't do anything about their children. How to correct children's bad habit of partial eclipse? I have done the following work:
1. Investigate the children's partial eclipse in time.
In my understanding, I found that there are several reasons for the formation of children's partial eclipse habits: parents never provide or rarely provide certain foods; Physical factors, such as spleen and stomach incompatibility; Living habits; Emotional instability and so on. For example, Chen Pinhan's children don't like eggplant. Through investigation, it is found that the reason is that his parents don't like eggplant and they haven't cooked it at home.
2. Different people implement different educational methods.

According to the characteristics of small class children who love imitation and praise, I will use the rendering of collective atmosphere to set an example for them with emotional contagion. For example, a large number of children in my class don't like kelp. When they meet "bone seaweed soup", they eat slowly. The spoon stirred in the kelp, clamoring not to eat kelp. Faced with this problem, on the one hand, I told them a self-made story "Pig's Big Neck and Kelp" to let them know that kelp has many benefits for people. On the other hand, I deliberately smelled it and said, "Wow, it smells good." I didn't know those children loved to eat as much as teachers, so I set an example for them in time. The children's mood suddenly rose and they stammered with each other.
(2) Seating arrangement method. In the past, for the convenience of teachers' management, I concentrated children who were slow to eat because of partial eclipse on one or two tables, and the effect was not very satisfactory. Later, I changed my method and arranged for them to be with good children who could eat. In this way, they saw their good friends eating so well, being infected and encouraged, and gradually eating fast and fragrant.
(3) the method of "vaccination". Some children in my class can eat something when they are happy, and eat less or not at all when they are unhappy. I use the method of "vaccination" to treat such children. Before dinner, I play some pleasant and quiet games, and then let the children guess what to eat today. I said a lot to the children. Finally, I told them that what I ate today was a particularly nutritious dish. Eating more will make them grow taller and smarter, depending on who eats more and smells good. In this way, children's emotions are mobilized, and they often eat well when compared with each other.
(4) the method of gradually increasing the amount. Some children don't eat certain foods since childhood, so it is impossible and unrealistic for them to change at once. I use the method of "gradually increasing the amount" for such children. For example, Yang Yin in my class doesn't eat green vegetables. At first, I left him a little, and then gradually increased it, so that he could adapt slowly and slowly, and he did not feel very painful. Now he can eat a lot of green vegetables.
(5) Material encouragement method. For children who are partial to leftovers, even a little progress, I encourage them to give them a small red flower, a small sticker, a small card and so on. Mobilize their enthusiasm and urge them to correct their bad habits of partial eclipse and leftovers.
Through this series of measures, the bad habit of partial eclipse and leftovers in our class has been effectively improved.
Fourth, use incentives to stimulate children's dining awareness.
After most children can eat independently and use tableware correctly, in the second semester, I adopted the requirement of "who eats well": I don't want the teacher to feed me after eating by myself; Don't talk while eating, sit up straight; Chewing slowly will be added as needed; Know the "four clean-ups" and clean them up, and handle the tableware carefully; Swallow the last bite and leave your seat; And rinse your mouth after meals. Before and after a nap every day, mark qualified children with five-pointed stars. Children with five stars in a week can get a small red flower. In this way, the enthusiasm of young children has been mobilized again.
Five, family cooperation, cultivate children's good eating habits.
Kindergarten education needs the close cooperation of parents. If you are confined to kindergarten, it is difficult to really develop good habits. In order to have a better teaching effect and synchronize home, I introduced the common problems of children eating in the garden to parents, as well as the serious consequences of partial eclipse and picky eaters on children, so as to attract parents' attention. And often communicate with individual parents of children with bad eating habits to find out the reasons, acquire knowledge and seek solutions. Children have basically developed good eating habits in kindergarten, but there are still many phenomena of feeding and partial eclipse at home. We will send a form every week, asking parents to truthfully fill in the situation of their children eating at home. Once a week, comments were made according to the table, praising the children of the same dining family, which made many children have certain pressure and competitiveness, and soon improved the dining situation at home. Many parents said, "Mr. Chen, it's better for children to go to school. Now they eat more easily."
After nearly a year of conscious cultivation and training, I have achieved good results in cultivating children's eating habits. Now all children can eat independently, and each child can finish his own food and vegetables cleanly, with no food left, and master some eating methods, thus forming good eating habits.
