It can increase blood circulation in the inner ear and protect hearing. Massage once every morning and evening for 5- 10 minutes, and it will be effective if you persist for a long time.

4. Otototoxic drugs should be avoided as much as possible. Such as gentamicin, streptomycin, kanamycin and neomycin. These drugs are easy to cause ototoxicity and damage hearing. Patients with neurological deafness should pay more attention.

You'd better not pick your ears. Frequently using ear scoops and match sticks to pull out ears can easily hurt the ear canal, cause infection and inflammation, and also damage the eardrum. When the ear itch is unbearable, you can gently wipe the ear canal with a cotton swab dipped in a little alcohol or glycerin, or take vitamin B, C and cod liver oil orally.

6. The way to maintain health is to tonify the kidney. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidney opens in the ear, and hearing loss is closely related to kidney deficiency. So you can eat more kidney-tonifying foods, such as walnut porridge, sesame porridge, peanut porridge, pig kidney porridge and so on. These foods are good for hearing protection.

7. Don't use headphones for too long. When you use digital products such as mp3, put on headphones to listen to songs or watch videos, remember not to turn up the volume too loud and use it for a long time, because it will reduce your hearing. If you want to use digital products for a long time, it is recommended not to use headphones.
