Legal basis: Article 20 of the Regulations for the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law should strengthen the training and assessment of food safety management personnel. Food safety management personnel should master the food safety laws, regulations, standards and professional knowledge suitable for their posts, and have the ability of food safety management. The food safety supervision and administration department shall conduct random supervision and spot checks on the food safety management personnel of enterprises. The evaluation guide shall be formulated and published by the food safety supervision and administration department of the State Council.
