1. Increase the activity time in the sun. In outdoor activities, sunlight is a full-spectrum light source with deep and clear field of vision, and sympathetic nerves are more active during exercise. Sunlight can make children's pupils contract and increase the focus of their eyes. At the same time, when the sun is too strong, people generally don't use their eyes at close range, but look at the distance and exercise more, so that their eyes can be relaxed, which is conducive to the prevention and treatment of myopia.
2. Avoid eyes working or reading at close range for a long time to prevent eye fatigue. Long-term close use of the eyes will cause eye fatigue and congestion, which will hurt the eyes. Every day when we work or study with our eyes, we can have a rest, spend time staring at the distance for 5 seconds, and then turn our eyes to the surrounding scenery for 5 seconds, and repeat it several times.
3. Do more eye exercises. For example, blink: close your eyes hard first, and then open them slowly.
4. Keep a good sitting posture and reading distance. Keep a certain distance when reading (about 30 cm away from the book is recommended) and keep a good sitting posture.
5. Check your eyesight regularly. It is recommended to have an eye examination once a year.
