An electronic health card is the same as a health certificate.

These two documents are different.

Although both electronic health cards and health certificates are related to health, their functions and uses are different. Electronic health cards are uniformly issued by National Health Commission, and are used to associate citizens' personal health information, which is equivalent to a digital health identity card.

Health certificate is the qualification certificate of the personnel engaged in specific industries such as food import, which is used to prove that they have the health conditions to engage in this industry. Although electronic health cards can provide personal health information, they cannot replace health certificates because of their different nature and uses.
