Teachers' psychological quality is the core element of teachers' comprehensive quality. The level of teachers' psychological health is not only related to the quality of teaching, but also affects students' physical and mental health and personality development. In the competitive modern society, job burnout has become a common phenomenon. There are few large-scale representative surveys on teachers' job burnout in China, so as to study the phenomenon of teachers' job burnout and explore ways to overcome it. It is of great significance to improve teachers' mental health [1-2]. 1 objects and methods 1. 1 objects in this study, 1 14 teachers from a representative primary school were selected as samples. There are 43 teachers aged 20-30 (37.72%), 365,438+39 teachers aged 0-40 (34.2 1%), 465,438+24 teachers aged 0-50 (2 1.05%), and 0-60 years old. This questionnaire was written by American social psychologist Masla Herr. MBI ES is divided into three subscales: emotional exhaustion (9 items), personality disintegration (5 items) and personal achievement (8 items) [3-4]. All items are graded on a 7-point frequency scale of 0-6, with 0 representing "never". 6 stands for "every day". Emotional exhaustion is used to describe the consumption of individual emotional resources due to the emotional requirements of work. Personality disintegration mainly refers to the negative, indifferent and cynical attitude towards the parties. On these two subscales, the higher the score, the heavier the job burnout experienced by individuals. The personal achievement subscale mainly examines the sense of ability and accomplishment experienced by individuals in their interactions with others. The scale has been revised in China [5]. It has good internal consistency reliability, test-retest reliability, structural validity, conceptual validity and discriminant validity. 1.2.2SCL90 Symptom Checklist SCL90 is one of the most famous mental health test scales in the world. Evaluate a person's mental health from the perspectives of feeling, emotion, thinking, consciousness, behavior, living habits, interpersonal relationship, diet and sleep. There are 90 self-assessment items in this test. The nine factors of the test are somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis. The grading standard adopts five grades, that is, each question is divided into five grades from "none" to "serious", 1~5 points. Self-rated "moderate" is 3 points, self-rated "severe" is 4 points and self-rated "serious" is 5 points. The above three points have obvious psychological problems. The higher the score, the more serious the psychological problems and the lower the mental health level. Statistical processing: All data are expressed by X S and processed by SPSS 13.0. P
