Schools should strengthen the guidance of sports homework, provide high-quality exercise resources, and keep in touch with parents in time.

Fourth, improve the quality of physical education. Primary and secondary schools should focus on "teaching, diligent practice and diligent competition" and gradually improve the school physical education teaching mode of "health knowledge+basic sports skills+special sports skills" so that each student can master 1-2 sports skills. It is necessary to establish youth sports clubs and encourage students to actively participate in the training of football, basketball, volleyball and other projects in their spare time and holidays.
