Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
In accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, open competition and merit-based employment", the qualification examination, professional subject examination and interview are adopted to evaluate the job suitability of candidates, and the professional ethics, professional knowledge and business ability of candidates are mainly assessed.
(1) Registration
Applicants shall register at the designated place with their ID card, transcripts and copies of award-winning certificates (with seals), scholarships, employment recommendation letters, and Application Form for Recruitment of Professional and Technical Personnel from Educational Institutions in Wulong District of Chongqing (Annex 2). The relevant personnel of the recruitment working group shall examine the qualifications of the candidates. Copies of relevant award-winning certificates and transcripts must be stamped with the official seals of colleges and education departments, and contact information of qualified inquirers should be left for verification. Applicants should bring a recent registration photo (2 inches). The ratio of the number of candidates to the total number of applicants must not be less than 1:2. 2. Examination and evaluation
The examination is divided into professional subject examination and interview, with each score of 100.
Professional subject test content: Except for physical education candidates, other majors give lectures and give lectures on the spot according to the corresponding level of subjects, mainly to assess candidates' professional knowledge and ability to handle teaching materials and control the classroom. Sports art candidates must bring their own supplies to test their professional skills.
The interview focuses on the applicant's professional ethics, ideological and moral quality, psychological quality, thinking ability and personality traits. The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates. The interview was conducted with reference to the "Interview Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing" (No.[2065 438+06]28 1).
The test results are announced at various test sites. Those whose test scores and interview scores of professional subjects do not reach 60 points are unqualified. If the interview examiner evaluates the test scores of candidates' professional subjects or the interview scores are above 90 points and below 60 points, it shall explain the reasons in the scoring table; Candidates with a total score of 90 points or more and less than 60 points should write a written report and report it to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the record.
Total test score = professional subject test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. The mantissa is rounded to two decimal places. If the total score of the exam is less than 75 points or the individual score is less than 70 points, it is not certain to be the person to be signed.
The examination results of professional subjects, interview results, the total scores of examination and assessment, and the contracted personnel who entered the physical examination will be announced at the test sites after the assessment.
(3) signing a contract
The candidates to be signed are determined from high score to low score according to the total score of the candidates in the examination. When the total score of the final examination of candidates in the same position is tied, the average score of academic qualifications, professional test scores and total score of compulsory courses in school shall be determined from high to low (all of them shall be retained after one decimal point, the same below). If it's still the same, try a structured interview, giving priority to high scores. After the signing candidate is determined, the recruitment working group will inform the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities across the country to sign employment agreements.
If the vacancy caused by voluntary abandonment of contract signing or medical examination is confirmed, the recruitment leading group will decide whether to fill it according to the job application. If it is necessary to make up for it, it will be made up from high score to low score according to the application volunteers and the total score of the exam (which needs to pass the exam) (if the total score of the exam is the same, it will be determined from high to low according to the academic qualifications, the test scores of professional subjects and the average score of the total score of compulsory courses in the school). Those who fail to take the exam on time and sign the contract are deemed to have given up automatically.
(4) Physical examination
The contract personnel shall be organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wulong District, Chongqing. Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired.
Physical examination time: 20 19 18 10. Please report to Room 3 10, Human Resources Market Section, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wulong District, Chongqing from 15: 00 to 17: 00. Failure to attend the physical examination on time without special reasons will be treated as unilateral breach of contract.
The physical examination standard is in accordance with the provisions of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau's Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servant Employment (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 140), combined with the actual requirements of the industry or post, and the institution shall fill in the form as required.
The physical examination shall be conducted in the designated physical examination institutions according to the Notice of Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Determining the Designated Physical Examination Institutions for Civil Servants (No.2065438+02149) and other relevant regulations. Physical examination is carried out in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the county level. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Except for the items that should be re-examined on the spot or on the same day according to the relevant regulations, if the recruiting unit or candidates have any objection to the conclusion of the medical examination, they can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. The content of the second interview is an item that has an impact on the conclusion of the physical examination.
(5) Investigation
For those who pass the physical examination, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize the competent departments and employers to inspect the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, study (work) performance and basic information provided, as well as whether it is necessary to implement post avoidance, and make inspection conclusions. At the same time, review the qualifications of candidates again.
Those who fail to pass the physical examination, inspection and qualification re-examination or give up automatically after confirmation, and are vacant after inspection, will not be replaced.
The inspection should pay attention to the review of personnel files, school study experience, credit records and other personal circumstances, and verify whether it meets the recruitment conditions through the certification of China Higher Education Student Information Network () and the query of Credit China website.
(6) Publicity
The list of candidates will be published in Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Network and Wulong District Human Resources and Social Security Network for 7 working days. The publicity contents include name, gender, date of birth, major studied, education (degree), graduation time, graduation institution, total score of examination and assessment, and proposed employer, etc.
(7) report for duty
Those who have signed the Employment Agreement for Graduates of National Colleges and Universities and have no objection to the publicity must report to the Personnel Section of Wulong District Education Commission before July 3 1 2065438. (8) Employment
For those who have no objection after publicity or whose employment will not be affected after verification, according to the Implementation Measures of Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Personnel Employment System of Trial Institutions (Yu Fu Fa [2003] No.37), according to the relevant procedures, the employing unit will sign an employment contract with the institution and improve the relevant procedures. Open recruitment of personnel in accordance with the provisions of the probation period, the probation period is one year. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be formally employed; Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period or at the end of the probation period, or find that they conceal their pre-job medical history, their physical condition does not meet the post requirements, and provide false materials, will be disqualified.
Unemployed Wulong free normal students shall be implemented in accordance with the Implementation Measures of Chongqing Municipality on the Employment of Free Normal Students in Normal Colleges Directly under the Ministry of Education (Chongqing [2010] No.79).
