It is understood that the application function under the health code line encourages the masses to travel one yard on the one hand; Another reason is to adjust the data accuracy of the application function. To apply for a health code, in addition to real-name face-brushing authentication, you must also fill in your personal ID card and register your mobile phone number. If you fill in the wrong information when applying for the previous generation, you will also receive a reminder of the revision.
For example, the last digit of the ID card is X, English characters must be capitalized, and there are spaces in the numbers. These are all wrong information, Ma Chao said.
Some citizens want to know, what should I do after the application function of the health code applied for by relatives is offline? In this regard, the administrative examination and approval personnel said that after the function update on the 27th, only the function of helping others to apply was cancelled. Although the health code they applied for is no longer displayed, the information will remain in the system for a period of time, and the function will continue to be effective.
Ma Chao said that when traveling, relevant family members can still show their health codes through Alipay or Hubei Office, or read health codes through ID card scanning, which will not affect the functions of the previous generation of applications.
For the elderly and children who don't register their mobile phone numbers with their real names, if they can't apply for health codes through the software, they can also issue paper health certificates to their villages and communities, and travel normally with paper certificates.
