What certificate is hse?

HSE is the abbreviation of health, safety and environmental management system.

HSE management system is an organic whole consisting of organizational structure, responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources for implementing health, safety and environmental management. These elements are organically integrated, interrelated and interacted through advanced, scientific and systematic operation modes to form a dynamic management system.

Materials submitted for HSE certification:

(1) written application for HSE/OSH certification, and the scope of certification application.

(2) The applicant agrees to comply with the certification requirements and provide the information required for the evaluation.

(3) Certificates of independent management functions or independent accounting entities (such as business licenses) and copies of relevant human and technical resources.

(4) Process flow chart of main activities, products and services.

(5) When necessary, HSE/OSH management manual and procedure documents (including operation documents and record list) shall be submitted together with the operation documents.

(6) Preliminary assessment report on health, safety and environment (including list of major hazards and impact sites).

(7) List of compiled project HSE operation plan and risk assessment report.

(8) A certificate issued by the superior competent department that no major or above accidents have occurred in the last two years.
