After my first contact with psychology class at school, I found how important psychological quality education is to a student's growth.

Through the study, I also have a certain self-awareness of my psychological status, and I can analyze the reasons and potential risk factors by myself. This has made me gain a lot. First of all, I feel that my psychological condition is generally good. For me as a freshman, it is the biggest challenge to adapt to the new habits and laws of college life quickly, but I am lucky and feel no difficulty. I feel that I have a positive attitude, can face all kinds of pressures and difficulties, have a good psychological endurance, talk and laugh with my classmates, and have good interpersonal relationships. I also think I can handle all kinds of difficulties in my study and life. I live in a happy family and my parents have a harmonious relationship. When my family was in financial difficulties, their positive optimism made me calm and optimistic today. They pay attention to managing my thoughts and guide me to accept social things selectively from an early age. I think this is also the main reason why I am not easily confused by social illusions and have correct values. Because I have the right values, I have the right goals, so I have never been lost. At the same time, in my own personal experience, I also know that the correct attitude and relaxed and confident mood have great influence on healthy growth, and I have a more comprehensive, positive and systematic understanding of this view through psychology classes.

5. Keep an optimistic mood and a good attitude. College students should keep a positive and optimistic mood, be cheerful and full of confidence and hope for the future. When you encounter sad things, you should learn to adjust yourself, express and control your emotions appropriately, and be proud to win, happy to lose, and worried.

First of all, there are environment and cognition that affect emotional differences. For the environment, we can try to avoid living in a negative living environment.
