1 Half Marathon: Renshou Stadium (starting point)-Renshou Avenue-Tianfu Renshou Avenue-Puning Avenue-Lingzhou Avenue (Renshou Wetland Park)-Xuefu West Road (Renshou County Cultural Center)-Renshou Avenue-Dafuhao Road (turn back)-Renshou Avenue-Surrounding Central Water Park-Renshou Avenue-Xiangshui Liu Fang (turn back)
2. 15km: Renshou Stadium (starting point)-Renshou Avenue-Tianfu Renshou Avenue-Puning Avenue-Lingzhou Avenue (Renshou City Wetland Park)-Xuefu West Road (Renshou County Cultural Center)-Dafuhao Road (turn back)-Renshou Avenue-Around Central Water Park-Renshou Avenue-Tianfu Renshou Avenue (turn back)-Renshou Avenue.
Registration time: Participants must register online from February 8, 2023 10: 00 to February 20, 2023 through the "Digital Heartbeat APP" of China Athletics Association. Registration deadline is first come, first served.
Requirements for contestants
Age limit 1, half marathon/15km project 16 or above (65438+born before February 2007, 3 1).
2. There is no age limit for mini-running/parent-child running./kloc-Players under 0/2 years old must be accompanied by guardians to participate in the competition.
Participants under the age of 3.8 must be signed by their guardians or legal representatives, and those over the age of 70 must provide the entry declaration and health certificate signed by their immediate family members.
4. Patients with congenital heart disease or rheumatic heart disease cannot participate.
5. Patients with hypertension or cerebrovascular disease shall not participate.
6. Patients with myocarditis or other heart diseases shall not participate.
7. Patients with coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmia shall not participate.
8. Those with high or low blood sugar cannot participate.
