How to make healthy chocolate and banana oatmeal cookies without oil and powder?

Healthy bananas, walnuts and oatmeal cookies, only bananas are used as sweeteners. When I first arrived in the village, my sister made this specially. Very healthy and faster.

Ingredients walnut kernel 1 00g (1cup)

75g coconut milk (1 cup)

90g instant oats (1 cup)

80g sunflower seeds (1/2 cups)

Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon

A little sea salt

Baking soda 1/4 teaspoons

A medium-sized banana

Coconut oil, melt 3 tablespoons.

Dark chocolate, chopped 50 grams.

Vanilla 1/2 teaspoons

How to make healthy banana oatmeal walnut chocolate biscuits?

Preheat the oven to 180℃.

First, grind the walnuts into pieces.

Add sugar-free coconut, oats, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, sea salt and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.

Mash bananas, add melted coconut oil and vanilla, and then mix them together.

Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Finally, add chopped dark chocolate and stir gently.

Place the ball and mixture on a lined baking tray with one hand or a spoon.

Gently smooth with a fork or palm. I like to use my hands directly, because I like my hands to be round and flat.

Depending on the size, about 24 can be made.
