Open the browser, enter the health certificate information to search, and click the link to enter the query system. The format is region+health certificate inquiry.
Jump to the main interface of health certificate inquiry, under the function tab of physical examination result inquiry, enter the relevant information of the medical examiner, fill in the verification code, and click Inquiry.
You can see the physical examination results, click on the physical examination history below.
Show the basic information of physical examination, and click Print at the top right of the interface to print.
