Who has a healthier diet, ketogenic or carnivorous?

No diet is suitable for everyone. Frankly speaking, each of us has a different body. So, let's look at these two diets and see what we can learn from them.

"Bacon diet", this is what people usually say.

High in fat, low in carbohydrates and low in protein.

Ketogenic diet itself is very strong, and it is one of the few diets that can bring real physiological changes to your body function. Once ketosis occurs, the body will get energy from fat instead of carbohydrates. This radical change will bring some cognitive benefits, and of course, it will also lead to rapid weight loss.

As for its "healthy" state, people must consider what to eat when eating ketogenic. Sticking to eating most saturated fats has been proved to increase the risk of heart disease and other adverse effects. But a healthy ketogenic diet is achievable. In the short term, they are healthy, but with the passage of time, the nutritional deficiency in different diets will catch up, and they may have new or original conditions. Personally, I really don't like red meat, so I will never become a carnivore ... But as far as everyone is concerned, some people will have adverse reactions when they eat fish/chicken/pork. Listen to your body!

I am gradually inclined to give up the ketogenic diet and become a vegetarian myself. I read some longevity studies and found that they seem to live the longest. Most importantly, I know that when I eat meat, my body feels bad, and digestion takes time, which slows down my positive cognitive function. It feels like I threw a wrench on a consumer machine. ...
