2. Personnel Unit
Formulate the county-wide health and family planning talent development plan and organize its implementation; Responsible for health and family planning personnel distribution system; Organization establishment, personnel management, labor wages and social insurance of the undertaking organ and its subordinate units; Responsible for the recruitment, deployment, placement and assessment of medical and health system personnel; Organize the evaluation of professional and technical titles of the county health and family planning system.
3. Planning Fund Management Unit
Improve the financial management system of health and family planning; Prepare the county health and family planning financial budget and final accounts; Supervise and manage the use of health and family planning fees and special funds; Responsible for the planning, coordination, supervision and inspection and data management of the county's health and family planning capital construction; Responsible for the organization and implementation of management methods and standards for large-scale medical equipment configuration.
