What are the "six prescriptions" for chronic diseases?

Official website and National Health Commission issued the Notice of the General Office of the National Health and Wellness Committee on Printing and Distributing Prescriptions for Health Education of Major Chronic Diseases in Poverty-stricken Areas, and published six prescriptions for health education of major chronic diseases, requiring grassroots medical staff to distribute them to patients free of charge. Among them, health education prescriptions were distributed to patients with six chronic diseases, including cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and severe chronic bronchitis.

At present, six kinds of health education prescriptions have been developed. Health departments at all levels should take this work as a concrete measure for the three-year attack on health promotion in poverty-stricken areas, strengthen publicity and guidance, cooperate closely, complete the distribution of health education prescriptions for major chronic diseases in poverty-stricken areas, enhance the sense of acquisition of poor patients with chronic diseases, and promote the implementation of the three-year attack on health promotion action plan.

Take a "health education prescription" for everyone as the key action. On the basis of standardized management of hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis and severe mental disorders, it is required to formulate personalized health education prescriptions for poor people suffering from chronic diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, rheumatoid arthritis, severe chronic bronchitis in the elderly, endemic fluorosis, Kaschin-Beck disease, skeletal fluorosis, schistosomiasis and iodine deficiency.
