Thoughts on Reading Lost Nutrition (3)

After reading Lost Nutrition, I feel addicted, as if I suddenly realized.

? To continue to share with you, I sincerely hope you can also read this book.

? Let's do a test first. Do you think you are ill? What's the matter with you? Not sick (that is, 100% healthy)? Still in the sub-health stage? Why do you want to do this test? Because this involves an extremely important concept-sub-health. First, "sub-health" seems to be a very popular and commonly used word. Those who don't study medicine, those who study medicine, and general doctors are also commonly used by medical experts. Even the World Health Organization (WHO), an organization that manages people's health all over the world, has published the proportion of sub-healthy people. According to the data provided by WHO, in this world, 5% people are healthy, 20% people are sick, and the remaining 75% people are in sub-health. Secondly, only by truly understanding the essence of sub-health can we have a correct understanding of our health and understand how important it is to pay attention to and maintain our health anytime and anywhere.

It doesn't matter who started using the name sub-health. What is important is that the word "sub-health" has killed many people. We can see that some people are said to be sub-healthy; Some people are dizzy and insomnia, saying it is sub-health; Some people are irritable, inattentive and have poor memory, so they are said to be sub-healthy; Some people are uncomfortable everywhere, but they can't find out what disease it is, and they say it is sub-health; Some people don't know how they died until they die. So there is a jingle: sub-health is a basket. If you don't know, put it in. The vague name "sub-health" is really harmful, because it seriously hinders our knowledge and understanding of diseases. Sadly, even the World Health Organization failed to give us a clear and understandable definition. It tells us that "sub-health" refers to the marginal state between health and disease, also known as "chronic fatigue syndrome" or "the third state". How instructive is this definition to solve the problem of "sub-health"? This concept is too important for us to keep shouting. We must find out its essence, not to mention it is not difficult to uncover its essence.

So what does sub-health mean? For example, you will understand. Many friends have heard of coronary heart disease. What is coronary heart disease? That is, the artery that supplies blood to your heart (medically called coronary artery) is blocked. When the traffic jam reaches about 70% (Figure 2), you will feel uncomfortable, and you will have symptoms such as palpitation, shortness of breath and chest tightness. You have to go to the hospital to see a doctor as soon as possible. The doctor examined you and found that your coronary artery was blocked by about 70%. I wrote you a diagnosis, which is coronary heart disease. Then you said that when the doctor wrote the words "coronary heart disease", your coronary artery was blocked to 70% at once? The answer is clear, of course not.

It's really an honor to read this book, and let me know what sub-health is. I am really grateful to Hans system for letting me learn to control my health with nutrition.
