Four standards of mental health

There have been different views on the standards of mental health, some are ten standards, some are seven standards, and some are three standards.

Only four were recognized by the Third International Mental Health Conference on 1946:

First, the body, intelligence and emotions are very harmonious.

The second is to adapt to the environment and be humble to each other in interpersonal relationships.

The third is happiness.

Fourth, in professional work, I can give full play to my ability and live an efficient life.
