Places where health certificates are issued generally do not go to work on Saturdays. The working hours system implemented by state organs and institutions is that employees work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week and do not go to work on Saturday and Sunday. So it is generally impossible to apply for a health certificate on Saturday.

Article 4

If it is necessary to shorten working hours under special conditions and circumstances, it shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 5

Due to the limitation of work nature or production characteristics, the standard working hours system of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week cannot be implemented. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, other work and rest measures can be implemented.

Article 7

State organs and institutions implement unified working hours, and Saturdays and Sundays are weekly rest days.
