We should overcome the emotions of great joy and great sorrow. Some people say that "happiness hurts the liver". These extreme emotions are unhealthy. This is probably because my body consumes too much energy, and I have had such an experience. When I overcome my emotions excessively, I feel sleepy, which is caused by the high bondage to my nerves.
