How to make healthy eggs?

First, measure various materials ~

Add milk powder to the flour and mix well (I used Deyun whole milk powder)

Beat two eggs into a bowl, add sugar, beat well (it may be better to use an egg beater), and then add milk and oil.

Pour the liquid ingredients into the powder ingredients, mix them evenly, and let stand for about 10 minute.

While waiting for the batter to stand, you can preheat the eggbeater ~ (the green light will light up when preheating, and it will go out after preheating).

Pour half of the batter into the measuring cup (about 180ml) for later pouring into the machine.

After preheating, pour the batter into the machine for 8 minutes. After pouring, close it and turn it over immediately. Slowly, you will see the eggs rise.

The higher the egg rises, the more you can tell whether it is ripe. Adjust the baking time according to your personal preference (my baking degree is about 3 minutes).
