How to make up for the cancellation of qualification certificate?

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, all cancelled qualification certificates should be recovered by the issuing authority, declared invalid and registered for the record; If it cannot be recovered, the qualification certificate will automatically become invalid. For example, the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners stipulates that the revoked qualification certificate shall be declared invalid by the issuing authority and registered for the record.

Legal basis: Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners Article 47 If a road transport practitioner fails to meet one of the following safety conditions, his qualification certificate shall be revoked by the issuing authority:

(1) The physical health status of drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport and practitioners of road dangerous goods transport does not meet the requirements of motor vehicle driving and related employment, and they have not voluntarily applied for cancellation of their qualifications; (2) Drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport and drivers of road dangerous goods transport are mainly responsible for major traffic accidents; (three) found a major accident hidden danger, do not immediately take measures to eliminate, continue to work.

The revoked qualification certificate shall be declared invalid by the issuing authority and registered for the record.
