Health certificate refers to the proof of preventive health examination, which proves that the examinee has the health quality to engage in the prescribed business. Health certificate mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which largely protects the health of employees and clients.
Health certificate refers to the pre-post, pre-post and age-appropriate health examination for personnel engaged in food and drinking water production and management, personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production, personnel who directly serve customers in public places, hazardous workers, radiation workers and school students according to the provisions of national health laws and regulations.
Materials required for health certificate processing:
1, original second-generation ID card;
2. The employment certificate needs to be stamped with the official seal. The work permit requires computer printing, and handwriting is not allowed. Invalid copy.
3. A copy of the business license and certificates of relevant industries, such as food production and business license or hygiene license;
4. Take two one-inch photos with the same negative.
The health certificate is valid for one year, and it will be invalid after one year.

Regulations on the administration of occupational health examination
Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to units with occupational harmful factors in People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as employers) and various medical and health institutions engaged in occupational health examination.
Article 6 Where an employing unit arranges personnel to engage in or come into contact with operations with occupational hazards or special requirements for health, they must undergo occupational health examination before taking up their posts. After passing the examination, they can be arranged to engage in the above related operations.
Twelfth in the occupational health examination, the employer shall truthfully provide the following relevant information required for the occupational health examination, and bear the inspection expenses:
(a) the basic situation of the employer;
(two) the types of occupational hazards in the workplace and the list of contact personnel, positions (or jobs) and contact time;
(3) Relevant information such as regular detection of occupational hazard factors in the workplace.
People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law
Article 45
Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
