2. Accept the claim.
Everyone submits the claim materials in accordance with the terms or requirements agreed in the agreement. If they meet the acceptance requirements, Ping An Insurance Company will accept them.
3. Claim review.
Ping An Insurance Company examines the relevant certificates and materials provided by the applicant, the insured or the beneficiary to determine whether the insurance contract is valid, whether the insurance period expires, whether it is within the scope of protection, and whether the claimant has the right to claim compensation.
4, the approved amount, give claims.
